By using nap-stack.com or buying a Nap Stack product, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
Nap Stack is operated by Rachel Elz Studios (handelsnaam), a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands. VAT: NL004940031B35. Contact: [email protected].
What you’re buying
The Nap Stack System is a digital product: a downloadable bundle of templates, configuration files and instructions that help you set up an AI co-founder workflow. Delivery is electronic via Gumroad immediately after payment. There is no physical product.
Price and payment
The current price is €47, one-time. Prices are listed in Euros and may include VAT depending on your location. Payment is processed by Gumroad; we never see or store your card details.
Refund policy
Because this is a digital download, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once you start the download. Even so, we offer a goodwill 14-day refund: if the product doesn’t click for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no friction.
Intellectual property
All content on nap-stack.com, and all files inside the Nap Stack System, are copyright Rachel Elz Studios. When you buy the product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates or content as your own product.
Acceptable use
- Use the site and product for lawful purposes only.
- Don’t scrape, mass-download or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Don’t share your purchased files publicly.
Disclaimers
Nap Stack provides templates and educational content, not professional advice. Building a side project, business, or app involves risk; results vary based on what you put in. We make no guarantee of revenue, traffic, or specific outcomes. The product is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by Dutch consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or the product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent court in the district where Rachel Elz Studios is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
