Built by a mom who needed it

Hi — I’m Rachel. I live in Haarlem with my husband David, my three-year-old Luca, and my baby Louisa. I have a day job in marketing. I have side projects I’ve been trying to build for years. And like a lot of mom-builders, I have approximately one 45-minute window per day to actually work on the side projects, if I’m lucky.

Six months ago I had one of those windows. I sat down. I opened my laptop. And I spent the first 25 minutes trying to remember what I was working on.

So I built the thing I needed

I started using AI — specifically Claude with a configuration file called CLAUDE.md — as a kind of co-founder that remembered where I left off. I’d open the laptop, say "what were we doing", and it would tell me. The first 20 minutes of every nap window stopped being lost.

Over a few months I refined the setup. I added a memory system so learnings persisted. I built named agents for different domains: one for the side project, one for content, one for life admin. I added a quiz to figure out what to even build first.

Then friends started asking how I did it. So I packaged it up. That’s Nap Stack.

What this actually is

Nap Stack is a digital product — templates, prompts, configuration files, and a 30-minute setup walkthrough — that lets you turn generic AI into something that feels like a co-founder who knows you. €47, one-time, 14-day refund if it doesn’t click.
