You're in. Here's the file.
Below is the CLAUDE.md template — the entry-point file from the Nap Stack System. Fill it in once, paste it into Claude, and your AI starts to feel like a co-founder who knows you.
Download the CLAUDE.md template
Plain text file. Open in any editor. Customize the parts marked with arrows. Paste into your Claude Project.
Download CLAUDE.md templateWhat to do with it (30 minutes)
- Open the file you just downloaded in any text editor (TextEdit, Notes, VS Code).
- Change every line marked with
←— your name, your kids' names and ages, what you're trying to build. - Go to claude.ai → Projects → Create Project → name it "Nap Stack HQ".
- Paste the whole file into the Project Instructions field. Save.
- Start a new conversation in the project. Type: "Hey — I've got 45 minutes. What should I work on?"
If it works, Claude knows who you are, gives you a specific task, and respects your time. That's the difference between a chatbot and a co-founder. If it doesn't feel right, edit your CLAUDE.md and try again — the file is alive.
Heads up: works on the free Claude tier for testing. For serious nap-time building you'll want Claude Pro (~€20/mo, paid to Anthropic, separate from anything here).
Welcome email is on its way too. I write back to every reply.
